• It supports up to 4 incoming telephone lines. 

• Has a digital receptionist/auto attendant feature, with various programmable greetings (day/night, weekend), etc. 

• Digital answering system with recording of messages. The specifications say ~200 minutes of recording time. 

• Music-on-hold capability. It has an auxiliary port for custom music/hold message if you choose. 

• Expandability: you can connect ML1100 desk phones and ML1200 cordless handsets wirelessly; total system size up to 10 devices (mix of desk phones and handsets) per base. 

• Full-duplex speakerphone. 

• Directory & memory: 99 name/number directory, speed dials etc. Caller-ID, display features, etc. 

• Hearing aid compatible.
