Overview

The SS1-ELITE, also known as the SmartSource Expert Elite, is a high-speed, network-enabled check scanner designed for use in bank teller environments and remote deposit capture (RDC). It’s part of Digital Check’s Elite series of scanners, engineered for performance and compact footprint.

  • Includes an embedded processor and API (SecureLink) that allows the scanner to operate over a network without needing to be directly connected to a PC.

  • Offloads processing tasks like MICR reading, OCR, image compression, and image cleanup.

• Rear Inkjet Endorser

  • Multi-line rear inkjet endorser capable of printing text, logos, or graphics on the back of checks (up to 4 lines).
